Money Back Assurance Policy-45 Days
45 days is a long time to think things over. At JustTuxedoShirts.com we don't want to rush you into making quick decisions. The shirts along with the accessories you have purchased will give you pleasure for many years to come. If within 45 days of purchasing your merchandise you are not thrilled with your new formal wear please return. It's that simple.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please E-mail us at returns@smarttuxedo.com (JustTuxedoShirts is a division of SmartTuxedo.com). We will send you instructions and a Return Authorization # (RA#) to return or exchange the goods. $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling on returns with no exchange being made. If there is an exchange the $10.00 fee does not apply. We will charge you for the new merchandise on an even exchange and will credit you once we receive the "old" merchandise. All monies refunded will be in the form of the original payment. |
